Rewards for Bravery
Sun Tzu said, “Therefore in chariot fighting, when ten or more chariots have been taken, those should be rewarded who took the first. Our own flags should be substituted for those of the enemy, and the chariots mingled and used in conjunction with ours. The captured soldiers should be kindly treated and kept. This is called, using the conquered foe to augment one's own strength.”
In business, difficult and challenging tasks should be put to the group. The person that goes out and tackles the problem and solves it first should be given a reward. Many great feats take a lot of courage. The only way to get some of these difficult things solved is to reward the first person to accomplish the task. It also sets a good example for the other people.
After you defeat a company or person, you should try and make them your ally. You should treat the people well and also use all their equipment to help you.
